Rajkot's Beloved Shiva Sanctuary

Shri Panchnath Mahadev Mandir stands as a radiant beacon of spirituality in the heart of Rajkot. Established in 1933 and dedicated to Lord Shiva, this revered temple is one of the oldest and most cherished Shiva temples in the city — a sacred abode where divinity and devotion converge for nearly a century.

The temple complex enchants all who enter — its intricate white marble architecture, ornate carvings depicting tales from Hindu mythology, and the serene sanctum housing the sacred Shivling create an atmosphere of profound peace and devotion. Multiple shrines within the complex offer darshan of various deities including Goddess Ambaji, Annapurna Mata, and Lord Ram.

Every day, thousands of devotees pour in to seek blessings of Mahadev. The mesmerising Evening Aarti, accompanied by melodious chants and bells, is an experience that touches the soul and lingers long after one has left the temple grounds.

Serving the Community Since Decades

The Shri Panchnath Mahadev Trust extends the temple’s divine purpose beyond worship — actively serving the community with charity, healthcare, and education. The Trust embodies the principle of Seva (selfless service) as an offering to the Divine.

The Trust runs a pathology laboratory within the temple premises, offering medical tests and health check-ups at extremely nominal rates — a lifeline for the poor and middle class of Rajkot. A charitable hospital managed by the Trust provides medical care to those who cannot afford treatment.
